Need flooring renovation help for damaged living room floor
I'm looking for a reliable tradesperson to assess and renovate a damaged section of my living room floor. The project involves removing damaged boards, preparing the subfloor, and installing new flooring to match the existing style. I prefer a smooth finish, minimal dust, and a quick turnaround. The space is about 15-20 square meters. Please include material options, expected timeline, and any preparation you need from me (access, power, ventilation). I’m flexible on start date but would like to book within the next two weeks and finish within a couple of days if possible.
