SEN Teaching Assistant
Pay: £110 - £125 per day

Contract: Long-Term | Full-Time Long Term Futures are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, supporting pupils across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with ASD and ADHD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing and well-resourced school environment. The role is long-term with the potential for progression and teacher training opportunities in the future. The school is conveniently located close to Underground and bus links, making it easily accessible from across London. About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support for pupils with Autism (ASD) and ADHD. You will support children both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to engage with learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence socially and academically. The role will involve supporting children across KS1 and KS2, so adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude are essential. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils with ASD and ADHD on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Helping children remain engaged and focused during lessons
Assisting with emotional regulation and social development
Supporting differentiated learning activities across KS1 and KS2
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
