Success relies on strong influencing skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring continuous delivery and organisational alignment.

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Job Role
  • Define and own the content and direction of change projects to enable high‑performance, continuous delivery.
  • Create and maintain delivery plans based on the Product Owner’s roadmap and Kanban workflows.
  • Establish and drive delivery disciplines, cadence, and standards for the feature team.
  • Own issue and blocker management, including status, resolution, and identifying/managing risks, seeking support where required.
  • Own delivery status reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity of all facts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including running RFPs and handling contract management activities.
  • Control financials, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and managing to budget.
  • Take overall accountability for delivering the product on time, within cost, and to expected quality, ensuring velocity is maintained and change is managed effectively.
  • Ensure the wider organisation remains aligned and engaged with feature team needs, including securing timely governance approvals and dispensations.
  • Provide change management and project management expertise to assigned change initiatives.
  • Apply Agile delivery methodologies with hands‑on experience managing sprint‑based deliveries.

Job Skills

  • Possess strong knowledge of change management methods and tools, particularly the Change Management method and toolkit.
  • Understand the roles, responsibilities, and value proposition of Change Management.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and networking skills to build relationships and shape stakeholder opinions and actions.
  • Use analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation to provide practical solutions to business‑critical issues.
  • Understand, at a high level, how complex business needs interact with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, multitask, and deliver with flawless execution at pace.
  • Apply sound commercial judgment with strong understanding of the financial services industry and the impact of regulation.
  • Comply with Strategic Change Execution Board Standards, Group Change Governance framework, and mandated business change methods, standards, and tools.
