The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to help deliver world-class experiences at Arsenal Football Club. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing exceptional events!
This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of logistics, communicate confidently with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, and bring creativity to every stage of the planning process.
You’ll support the end-to-end delivery of diverse events, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding service that strengthen client relationships, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and contribute to the continued growth and success of Arsenal’s events programme—both on and off the pitch.
What we offer

Work hard, rest well: you’ll get 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
We care about life outside work—our Life Assurance policy helps protect your loved ones while you focus on success.
Plan for the future with our 5% pension contribution , so your golden years are all about the bucket list.
HealthShield helps cover unexpected medical costs such as, dental, physio, and counselling expenses—for you and your children.
We’ve partnered with AXA Health to offer an Employee Assistance Programme supporting mental wellbeing.
See clearly and think big with our eye care vouchers and glasses contribution.
Go green and get fit with our Cycle to Work scheme.
And because great people know great people— refer a friend and get rewarded.
You will be responsible for:
- Plan and deliver exceptional, world-class events that embody Arsenal FC’s standards of excellence.
- Take ownership of event logistics, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to execution.
- Communicate confidently with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver outstanding service.
- Bring creativity and precision to the event planning process, enhancing the overall experience.
- Contribute to client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth through flawless event delivery.
You will have:
- Hands-on event coordination experience with proven ability to manage complex logistics, timelines, and multi-department collaboration.
- Exceptional organisational, administrative, and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Confident communicator with excellent client service, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/event platforms such as Dynamics 365, Cvent, Eventbrite, or Salesforce.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and resilient team player with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to an inclusive work culture.
