Complex Care Support Worker – Clapham
Location: Clapham- London
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £16.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 12-hour day and night shifts
Minimum Commitment: 24 hours per week

HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced carers to support individuals with complex care needs in their own homes.
Unlike traditional domiciliary care roles, you will work with a single client during your shift, providing consistent, person-centred care without travelling between multiple homes. This allows you to build meaningful relationships and deliver the highest standard of support.
Our clients have complex healthcare needs and require carers who are attentive, proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a genuine difference to their quality of life.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' professional care experience
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs is desirable
Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
Strong communication and observational skills
Ability to work independently within a client's home environment
Flexibility to work 12-hour day and/or night shifts
