Sustainability Paralegal
The Sustainability Paralegal will be staffed on multiple transactions from inception to completion, supporting investment funds and corporate matters with a sustainability focus.
Key responsibilities include drafting SFDR pre‑contractual and website disclosures, conducting sustainability due diligence as part of M&A processes, maintaining deal trackers, managing documentation, and researching regulatory developments. The role also involves assisting with investor sustainability queries, preparing presentations on EU Taxonomy alignment, and contributing to knowhow materials. Paralegals are fully integrated into deal teams and attend group training and meetings.Recommended Jobs
