Residential Property Solicitor | Central London - Hybrid working | 2 yrs + PQE | £55,000 - £90,000
A large and highly accredited Legal 500 London law firm with a long-standing reputation are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.This is a very good opportunity to join a modern and progressive firm that offers scope to further your career. The Role
You will be handling the full spectrum of property work, which will include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extension and re-mortgages.
About You
They are looking for a commercially astute Solicitor who can play an integral role in the team and contribute meaningfully to the practice. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years PQE and a solid background, acting for both home owners and investors, in London.
