This exciting field-based role offers the freedom to manage claims from cradle to grave across the UK.

Key Details

• Salary: Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus: Up to 8% of annual salary
• Pension: Generous scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%
• Holiday: 29 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days
• Location: Glasgow and various vacancies available in the South of England

The Work

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions
• Meet customers face-to-face, providing confidence, empathy, and expertise
• Maintain a deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, and underwriting practices
• Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders

What You Need

• Proven experience in high-value claims (ideally £100,000+, but £50,000+ will be considered)
• Professional qualification (Cert CII or CILA) or working towards Dip CII
• Strong understanding of building practices and regulations
• Excellent customer focus and proven track record in managing claims end-to-end

Desirable

• Knowledge of tendering processes
• Familiarity with ABI report writing
