Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build the foundational teams that will drive ZYMIX's global growth. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for tech and digital talent, ensuring we bring in the right people to build our scalable super app ecosystem. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment strategies, bridging the gap between our ambitious business goals and the talent market in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Actively source high-calibre candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal ATS, building robust talent pipelines for technical and operational roles.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers, including C-level executives and team leads, to deeply understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Provide regular recruitment data and performance insights to stakeholders, helping to shape data-informed hiring strategies.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates, reflecting ZYMIX’s core values and "fluid journey" ethos.
- Serve as an external face of the company in the talent market, promoting our unique lifestyle ecosystem to attract top-tier professionals.
4. Recruitment Operations & Optimisation
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and pipeline management within our ATS tools.
- Continuously track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) to optimise hiring workflows and improve efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited for internet, tech, or fast-paced high-growth startup environments.
- Tool Proficiency: Highly skilled in navigating and utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the tech landscape, digital products, and the specific talent pools required for app-based business models.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently manage stakeholders at all levels.
