The business has significant resources available for land acquisition, either unconditionally or subject to planning, and the ability to complete quickly where necessary. Due to there structure they are able to across Housing Association Schemes, Joint Ventures, Private Sale and Build To Rent.

They are currently looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their existing commercial team in North London. The successful candidate will be someone with career aspirations and wants to quickly develop under a structured development programme, with the opportunity to work with and learn from more senior staff who have extensive experience within the industry. This business is looking for someone who can be inventive and can get involved with multiple aspects of the construction process including estimating duties. As projects progress, you will be required to spend time tracking valuations and variations accounts on the sub contractor packages you are in charge off.
