• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Has relevant teaching experience and a passion for primary education

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues

• Strong classroom management skills that foster a positive learning environment

• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching that inspires students

• Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

• Proven track record of Good/Outstanding lesson observations
