Role overview:
Our Client is hiring a Senior SAP Business Analyst / Workstream Lead for a major European transformation programme, supporting complex change across cross–domain areas. This is a client–facing, delivery–focused role where you'll lead design activities, translate business needs into clear technology outcomes, and guide a team of business analysts from insight through to delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead design activities and contribute expertise to complex, cross–domain topics
- Drive and coordinate business analysis across the delivery lifecycle
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Lead a team of business analysts and ensure quality of outputs
- Support transformation work involving SAP as the primary technology platform, with connected custom–built applications for trading and shipping
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Industry Consultant, with deep oil industry knowledge , particularly midstream
- Strong ability to apply your expertise to complex change–bringing clarity and structure to ambiguity
- Experience working effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams
- Hands–on experience in SAP ECC (with no expectation for you to configure or build)
- Leadership capability to guide other business analysts and keep workstreams moving
