Position: Cocktail Waitress

What will I be doing?

As a Bar Waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience at One Sloane. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented
• Preparing mise en place and setting up tables
• Working alongside the Head Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks
• Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid.

What are we looking for?

• Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
• Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
• Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages.
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
• An open and approachable manner, and thrive on interacting with people
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
