Role: UGC Account Manager (E-commerce)
Function: Performance Creative | Account Management | UGC & Launch ExecutionReports to: Senior Account Manager
Location: Remote-first (2 days per month in-office – Hambi Media HQ, Oval, London)
Compensation: £35,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 27 Days Holiday
Overview:
Hambi Media is the UK’s leading performance creative agency for D2C and e-commerce brands. With in-house strategy, production, UGC and design teams, we produce creative that doesn’t just look good - it drives growth.
We’ve delivered over £100M worth of performance creative across Meta and TikTok for brands like Heights, Surreal, 47 Skin, Mindful Chef and Nutrition Geeks. Our UGC Account Managers sit at the heart of delivery - owning communication, keeping momentum high, and ensuring launches land cleanly and on time.
About the role:
We’re looking for an UGC Account Manager who is sharp, organised, and eager to learn - someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys being close to launches, creative and clients.
You’ll manage up to 5 accounts, acting as the day-to-day client lead across performance creative and UGC. You’ll work closely with Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives and UGC teams to keep projects moving and clients confident.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Manager - learning how high-performing pods operate while owning their responsibilities with maturity and intent.
Requirements
What you'll be responsible for:
- Own day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts
- Lead client calls, updates, and launch check-ins with confidence
- Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans
- Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production, UGC, media)
- Manage UGC workflows: briefs, timelines, creator coordination, delivery
- Keep projects on track across fast-paced launch cycles
- Provide clear performance context and campaign updates to clients
- Flag risks early and proactively propose solutions
- Act as a quality-control checkpoint before assets go live
- Champion client satisfaction, retention, and long-term trust
What you bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in account management, client services or project coordination (agency preferred)
- Exposure to UGC, social-first creative or performance marketing
- Strong communication skills - clear, calm, and confident with clients
- Organised, process-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn how performance creative drives growth
- Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ecosystems (conceptually, not buying)
- A proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told
Who you are:
- Ownership-led - you take responsibility for outcomes
- Launch-minded - you enjoy pace, pressure and delivery moments
- Client-first - you build trust through clarity and follow-through
- Process-oriented - systems over chaos
- Coachable and ambitious - you want to grow into leadership
Benefits
- Our incredible client base. We work with a wide range of companies, spanning multiple niches and continents.
- You will be part of a world-class team, made up of high-performing, motivated individuals.
- You will learn how brands succeed and grow revenue via Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
- 26 Days Paid Holiday (Extra holiday to have your birthday off).
- Ability to quickly progress into leadership roles in a fast-growing agency.
- Company pension scheme.
- Structured training and development.
- Lots of team building activities.
- Regular salary reviews and bonus incentives.
- Flexible working ( ability to work abroad for 30 days at a time).
- Hybrid working ( we have a beautiful office in Oval, Central London).
