Enterprise & Operational Risk Manager

- Policy and Framework Development: Assist in the development and management of internal risk policies, including the Risk Management Framework, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- "Incident Management: Support and enhance the Operational Incident Reporting process, conducting root cause analysis and developing recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Experience: In operational risk management, with a focus on enterprise risk within the trading or energy sector.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of risk management methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Management Skills: Introduction to management, managing change, and ad hoc projects.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies across the organisation.
- Decision Making: Make high-stakes decisions that impact the entire entity, especially in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments.
