Partnership Associate

Partnerships represent the future of this business; in particular building long-term relationships with Accountants and Solicitors who will connect us with thousands of UK businesses. Our partnerships team is already performing strongly and as a result we are looking to expand fast.

About the Role
As a Partnerships Associate , you’ll be at the front line of our growth strategy. Your mission is to open doors, identifying, engaging and qualifying new partners for Bonham & Brook’s Commercial team.
You’ll research potential firms, connect with decision-makers and create high-quality opportunities that drive our partnerships forward. This role blends research, communication and commercial thinking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems and creating impact.
This isn’t a typical “SDR” role, it’s a chance to be part of a team building a new commercial model inside a growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with Accountants and Solicitors
- Generate interest in Bonham & Brook’s partnership offering through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Secure high-quality meetings for Commercial team
- Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our services
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot(CRM) and track outreach performance
- Meet and exceed monthly meeting and engagement targets
- Provide insights and feedback on what’s working, helping shape how our partnerships program evolves
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in any discipline, what matters most is your curiosity, communication skills and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly and express ideas clearly
- Organised, proactive and resilient. You enjoy working towards goals and improving performance
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Suite and CRM tools – HubSpot experience is a plus
- Interest in business, professional services or consultancy
- A growth mindset, eager to learn, experiment and develop
