About the Role

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to delivering planned, structured repairs directly to our members. This role is distinct from traditional roadside assistance, focusing instead on scheduled jobs that allow you to work efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to:

• Perform routine servicing
• Conduct diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• Carry out in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards

With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and resources to deliver quality work.

What You Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Working Conditions

• Competitive base salary of £45,370 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
