Operations Manager
I’m thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting consumer brands and they're on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join their brilliant team in Central London.
In this role, you'll lead key areas of operations: B2B customer service, stock holding, B2B and D2C shipments - making sure all orders go out on time and in full.

You will…
- Own daily relationships with 3PL partners and key retailers, ensuring service levels, cost-efficiency, and delivery KPIs are met.
- Oversee order processing, inventory systems (Unleashed & Shopify), and B2B customer service queries and escalations.
- Coordinate reworks, co-packing, and limited-edition launches with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive fulfilment and packaging efficiency, monitoring KPIs such as OTIF, returns, and delivery SLAs.
- Collaborate with Finance on stock reconciliations, credit notes, and proof of delivery tracking.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in a fulfilment/customer-facing supply chain role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Proactive with great multitasking skills and a positive approach to problem solving
- Proficient with Excel; experience using Shopify and Unleashed is a plus!
- Strong communication skills and experience working with B2B and DTC customers
