Team Overview

The role is based in our affordable housing consultancy team of around 20 people, that primarily advises housing associations, local authorities and for-profit registered providers. The wider team helps these organisations to meet regulatory expectations, manage their assets proactively, acquire and sell tenanted properties, and plan future business directions strategically.We are located within the affordable housing division, which is the largest and most experienced affordable housing advisory business in the UK. It comprises more than 100 colleagues who deliver valuation, treasury, property surveying and development services.We have a positive, supportive culture and are looking for someone with the skills, personality and ability to make a positive contribution to our team and culture. You will be encouraged and supported in your career whilst working with significant clients and projects.
