Trademark Attorney

We're looking for a driven Associate to join our Brand & Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 2–3 years of experience who is ready to contribute to high-quality legal services and support a dynamic, international practice.

About the Role

As an Associate, you’ll support senior attorneys and partners with legal research, document preparation, and client-related tasks. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient legal operations and ensuring excellence in client service. You’ll report directly to the Lead Senior Associate of our Core Functional Teams (CFTs) within the Brand & Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and trademark research, analyze regulations and case law, and summarize findings.
• Support legal database management and assist in organizing and tracking case files and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar coordination and meeting scheduling.
• Learn and support tasks typically handled by Brand Operations Specialists.
• Record a minimum of 20 billable hours per week and assist in client billing.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and case information.
• Stay current on legal developments and trends through continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Bar admission or eligibility (e.g., Juris Doctor degree).
• Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Curious, tech-minded, and eager to grow.
• Committed to continuous development and professional learning.
