What you will do as Junior Bartender at Andaz Liverpool Street

As Junior Bartender, you will play a key part in delivering warm, attentive service to our guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the bar. Under the guidance of our experienced bartenders, you will be involved in:

- Preparing and serving a range of beverages, from classic cocktails to bespoke creations
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area
- Supporting with mise-en-place, inventory checks, and stock rotation
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the bar during service periods
- Upholding Andaz standards for guest engagement, presentation, and service delivery

About you

You’re passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. With a positive attitude and strong communication skills, you’re a team player ready to grow. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
