This boutique production agency is searching for a highly organised, supremely confident individual to join as a Creative Office Manager. This is a fantastic role for any self-assured candidate after a flexible role in a super-cool agency based in Shoreditch. This agency works with a number of huge global clients such as Versace, Adidas and Chanel producing beautiful film and still fashion advertising. They also have offices in Los Angeles!

What you will do:

- Be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the office. This includes everything from ordering stationary and answering phone calls to organising events with major suppliers.

- Be the point of contact for the office, dealing with all queries, greeting and liaising with clients

- Manage the company’s website and all social media pages

- Be involved in the production process by overseeing the organisation of shoot material and attending meetings with the senior team.

- Assist the HR team by keeping personnel records up to date and assisting with new starter and freelance inductions

Who you are:

- A creative person interested in breaking into the production industry.

- A confident, proactive person who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.

- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Friendly, personable and bubbly

- Proficient in Mac systems, Microsoft Office, Abode, Keynote and social media platforms

- Admin/ front of house experience would be a bonus but not essential
