Entry Level Trade Mark Records Administrator – London
We’re working with a highly regarded IP firm based in London that is looking to recruit a Trade Mark Records Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to properly establish themselves in the trade mark profession and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, professional environment.
The team is ideally looking for someone with around 12 months of prior experience in trade mark administration, though those with slightly less and a strong interest in IP will also be considered. This role would be particularly well-suited to someone who is immediately available and eager to take the next step in their IP career.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating the trade mark records database
- Monitoring deadlines and managing renewals
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO documentation
- Supporting attorneys and senior administrators with ad hoc tasks
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data and records
Key requirements:
- Ideally 12 months of experience in a trade mark administration or records role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Interest in developing a career within IP
