Support Worker

Care Team Leader

North London (N5) | up to £55,000 per year | Full-time (45 hours)

We're looking for an experienced Care Team Leader to lead a dedicated team of 7/8 Support Workers supporting an engaging 18-year-old young man with a learning disability and complex medical needs.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on care with team leadership, administration, and service coordination within a well-established, family-centred environment.

The Role

You'll:
Lead, motivate and support a team of 7 Support Workers.
Provide outstanding person-centred care and support.
Coordinate rotas, documentation and day-to-day operations.
Work closely with family and healthcare professionals.
Support personal care, medical needs and independent living.
Help maintain a safe, organised and engaging home environment.

About You
Minimum 4 years' experience supporting people with learning disabilities and behaviour that may challenge
Previous experience as a Team Leader or similar.
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Kind, confident, proactive and calm under pressure.
Flexible to work 45 hours per week, including alternate weekends, split shifts and occasional waking nights.
