Description: An elite US law firm in London is seeking a high-performing Capital Markets Associate to join its market-leading Equity Capital Markets (ECM) practice. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated cross-border transactions, including IPOs, placings, rights issues, secondary offerings, and UK public M&A transactions. The role offers significant responsibility, premium quality work, and direct partner exposure within a high-calibre US platform. Compensation follows the Cravath pay scale.
Eligibility: Candidates must be England & Wales qualified associates with 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a leading London practice. Requirements include strong ECM transaction experience under English law, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a strong academic background.
