About the role
As a Campaign Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the setup, coordination, and delivery of audio advertising campaigns across global platforms. Working closely with experienced Campaign Managers, you’ll help bring campaigns to life, from organising assets and checking creative details to tracking performance and making sure everything runs to plan.
This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that gives you real exposure to how ad campaigns are delivered and what makes them successful. You’ll collaborate with sales and creative teams, learn how to manage timelines and client expectations, and gradually build the knowledge and confidence to take on more responsibility.

What you’ll do
Learn how campaigns are run at AMA and start developing project management skills to keep tasks on track and up to standard
Work closely with Sales and Creative teams to support campaign setup and delivery, with guidance from senior teammates
Help check creative materials to make sure they meet client goals and platform requirements
Spot and help solve campaign issues before they become problems, learning from real-world examples
Build a solid understanding of how audio ads are delivered, plus get to know key industry platforms and partners
Support performance tracking and brand research alongside external research teams
Join internal and client meetings, and start finding your own voice in conversations
Keep an eye on campaign progress, creative delivery, and help create performance reports
Meet deadlines and help the team deliver strong results every time
Learn best practices from experienced Campaign Managers and start building your own toolkit for success
Who are you
Some experience managing projects is essential, whether through university work, internships, part-time jobs, or other roles involving organisation and coordination.
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, even when deadlines are tight
Strong attention to detail, able to spot issues and ensure quality in your work
Comfortable working as part of a team, communicating clearly and building positive relationships
Curious about the behind-the-scenes of digital campaigns and eager to learn how to deliver successful results for clients
Proven ability to meet deadlines, with a keen interest in developing effective time management skills
Motivated to grow a career in advertising and enthusiastic about the power of audio in connecting brands with audiences
