Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £100-£117 per day
We are looking for a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Newham.
You will be supporting pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties and learning needs , working both 1:1 and within small groups.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN and be confident providing classroom, behavioural and emotional support.
Requirements:
- SEN, school, care or support experience beneficial
- Calm, patient and proactive approach
- Confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Good communication and behaviour management skills
- Reliable and committed to a full-time position
