Senior New Build Residential Property Associate – City of London – Top firm| £70k - £85k + doe |Hybrid Working - 2 days in office

A leading firm in the heart of the City is looking for a talented Senior Associate to join their growing Residential Property New Build team.

This is a standout opportunity to step into a high-performing, fast-growing division within an award-winning property practice.

Sitting within a broader Residential Property group, the New Build team is led by a Director and forms part of a cohesive, collaborative department.

You’ll be a confident and capable solicitor with a strong academic background and solid experience gained at a reputable commercial firm. You’ll be trusted to manage work independently and deliver an exceptional standard of client service.

The role:

KPI’s include:

• Reviewing development packs provided by seller’s solicitors and raising enquiries
• Advising on residential property law, with a focus on new- build development matters
• Drafting detailed new build reports and legal documents
• Managing lender solicitor enquiries and ensuring finance is in place
• Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
• Prepare and reviewing legal documents - contracts, leases, etc
• Supporting clients and agents throughout the transaction
• Mentoring junior team members
• Strengthening client relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Attending networking events to support profile and business growth

Your expertise:

• Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 4 + years' post-qualification experience in Residential Property, with particular proficiency in New Build transactions.
• Technically competent and confidently manages a full caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to client service.
• Proactive interest in developing business opportunities as part of the team and nurturing ongoing client partnerships.
• Skilled in managing demanding clients and tight turnaround times while maintaining high standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with readiness to mentor and support less experienced colleagues.
• Highly efficient with well-developed organisational capabilities.
• Exceptional accuracy and a strong grasp of complex legal issues.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
