Admissions and Customer Services Officer

College location:East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)

Salary: £32,631

Hours: Full time (37 hours/week) 08:45-17:00 Mon – Fri

We're looking for an enthusiastic Admissions & Customer Officer to join our friendly team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional learner experience. From supporting applicants and processing enrolments to managing bursary applications and providing outstanding customer service, you'll be at the heart of every student's journey.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and data. You'll be confident using Excel, managing information accurately, and navigating digital systems, while providing a professional and welcoming service to students, parents, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Strong Excel and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience working with databases, data management, or digital systems

• The ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for supporting students and delivering excellent service

• Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
