Exciting opportunity for a Digital Verification Director / Manager to establish a new European engineering hub, bringing an existing DV team or building one from the ground up within the RISC-V and open-source silicon space. Build a New European Digital Verification Hub - Permanent Opportunity We are partnering with an innovative technology organisation operating at the forefront of RISC-V, open-source silicon, secure hardware and processor IP , with strong links to the lowRISC ecosystem. The business is looking to establish a new European Digital Verification function and is seeking an experienced Director / Manager of Verification to lead the initiative. Location: Anywhere in Europe, with flexibility to establish a new engineering office based on the strength and availability of the team. The Opportunity You will take ownership of establishing and growing the European DV function, with the opportunity to build and expand the team as the business evolves. We are particularly interested in: Experienced Verification Managers or Directors who are already part of an established DV team. Individuals who could introduce and bring together a team of experienced Digital Verification Engineers. Leaders with the ability to build, recruit and develop a high-performing verification function. Technical Background ASIC / SoC Digital Verification. SystemVerilog and UVM. Functional Verification and Formal Verification. RISC-V processor and SoC verification. Experience leading or managing DV engineering teams. Why Consider This?
