PA to Head of Country Department, Part Time
Role Overview
The PA will be providing day to day administrative support to a member of the UK Board, representing the Residential Sales Division, Head of the Country Department is responsible for Savills prime country house sales operation and has 24 direct reportees.
This is a varied role comprising standard PA duties, administration relating to country house sales and support on project work connected to the Residential business, Savills wider business and Savills D&I strategy.
The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.
This is a part time position with proposed hours below:
Monday: 09:00 to 13:00
Tuesday: Full day
Wednesday: Full day
Thursday: 09:00 to 13:00
Friday: ad-hoc only in busy months
Location: Working remotely but with 1-2 days per fortnight in 33 Margaret Street (on a Wednesday)
