THE ROLE
In this role, you will drive customer success, retention, and growth by managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring renewal and achieving revenue growth targets. You will develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance customer loyalty, optimize satisfaction, and maximize revenue retention. By providing exceptional onboarding, proactive engagement, and effective issue resolution, you will strengthen relationships, reduce churn, and contribute to long-term business success.
The position requires strong problem-solving skills, customer success expertise, and the ability to drive engagement, retention, and seamless onboarding through proactive support and relationship management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive account renewal by fostering strong relationships and ensuring continued purchases of offsets/EACs.
- Achieve growth targets for assigned accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing revenue contribution.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term success.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, delivering a high standard of service and proactive engagement.
- Ensure customer onboarding and adoption, providing guidance and training for a seamless transition.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage, proactively addressing issues to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Provide responsive customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently and escalating challenges when necessary.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge & Experience
- Deep understanding of the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM), including corporate Net Zero.
- Experience in customer onboarding and training, ensuring smooth adoption of products/services.
- Strong problem-solving skills to support troubleshooting and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Basic knowledge of customer success methodologies and best practices for retention and engagement.
- Ability to track customer usage and engagement, providing actionable insights to improve satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proactive and accountable approach to customer success and retention.
- Empathetic and inclusive mindset, ensuring all customers feel valued and supported.
- Ability to listen actively and provide thoughtful solutions tailored to customer needs.
Nice to have:
- Fluency in another European language, ideally German, French, or Spanish.
