Hospitality Assistant - Restaurant experience required
We are currently recruiting dedicated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistants to join our casual workforce at Olympia , one of London’s most iconic venues. This flexible opportunity allows you to work shifts that suit your availability, with the option to work across a variety of additional locations. Key Responsibilities As part of our front-of-house hospitality team, your responsibilities will include:- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving meals, drinks, and refreshments to guests in a courteous manner
- Preparing and maintaining service areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting table service, buffet lines, and event hospitality as required
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between service periods
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the availability of necessary items throughout the shift
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations
- Weekly pay - £13.69 per hour (£12.21 base rate + 12.07% holiday pay)
