LONDON

Our London office is based at Co-Work Borough, just a short walk from London Bridge. We operate a part-time office model, with access on Mondays and Wednesdays, and encourage our teams to come in at least once a week to connect and collaborate in person.

The space offers a modern, open-plan environment ideal for cross-functional collaboration. It’s used by a variety of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and People. With great local coffee shops, food markets, and excellent transport links, it’s a vibrant base for our London team.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for Senior Sales Managers to support the next phase of Turtl’s growth by winning new logos and expanding our footprint within existing enterprise customers. This is a senior individual contributor role, with full accountability for personal revenue targets and end-to-end deal execution. You’ll also play a key part in building out Turtl’s new Strategic Sales function, helping shape processes, structure, and best practices as we scale enterprise growth.

To thrive at Turtl, you’ll be a self-motivated, confident, and articulate sales professional with a proven track record of selling solution-based SaaS products to CMOs and senior marketing leaders within large enterprises. You’ll be comfortable owning the entire sales journey — from first conversation through to signed licence — and accountable for driving meaningful commercial outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the full sales cycle, from generating pipeline to closing and expanding enterprise-level deals.

  • Value-Driven Sales: Develop and present clear business cases that highlight ROI, ensuring Turtl’s value is understood and prioritized.

  • Account-Based Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to design and execute tailored ABX campaigns, aligning efforts to target high-value accounts with precision and creativity.

  • Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through strategic efforts, leveraging a mix of pipeline generation methods.

  • Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus across organizational levels by effectively mapping and engaging with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

  • Tailored Solutions: Partner with internal teams to deliver customized proposals that address each prospect’s unique business challenges, aligning Turtl’s capabilities with their objectives.

  • Seamless Collaboration: Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to deliver cohesive and impactful customer experiences.

  • Market Insights: Act as the voice of the market, sharing feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and refine go-to-market strategies.

  • Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, enabling you to position Turtl effectively in a crowded marketplace.

  • Effective Resource Utilization: Leverage senior executives, team leaders and other internal resources strategically to advance deals and open doors to new opportunities.

  • Are responsible for accurate forecasting of your own pipeline using MEDDPICC as a qualification framework.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced Sales Professional: Experienced Sales Professional: You bring proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in enterprise MarTech or SalesTech, with a focus on value-driven sales cycles. You sell consultatively, understanding customer objectives and challenges, and translating them into compelling, ROI-focused business cases.

  • Pipeline Builder: You build high-quality pipelines using creativity, tools, and networks, manage them rigorously, forecast accurately with MEDDPICC, and consistently exceed targets.

  • High-Value Closer: You have a track record of closing five & six-figure deals, navigating a variation of use cases, and influencing multi-stakeholder buying decisions.

  • Strategic Thinker: You diagnose business challenges, align solutions to customer needs, and create scalable deployment plans. Commercially sharp, you qualify opportunities early, challenge prospects constructively, and focus on high-value opportunities.

  • Relationship Expert: You thrive on building strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including SVP, VP, and C-suite executives.

  • Results-Oriented: You are target-driven and consistently exceed your sales goals, motivated by delivering results and driving growth.

  • Resilient and Adaptable: You embrace challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, staying focused on your objectives.

We offer a competitive base salary, share options within Turtl, and a generous holiday allowance of up to 25 days per year (plus bank holidays) with an extra day off for your birthday.
