About the Role:
We are looking for an adaptable and motivated Shopper Activation Executive to join our team in Greenford. In this role, you will support the Activation Controller in converting shoppers into buyers by developing and delivering brand-led, customer-aligned activation strategies across in-store and online environments. You will play a vital part in ensuring our brands show up brilliantly at the point of purchase, creating memorable shopper experiences that deliver commercial impact.
Working closely with customer category, retailer media agencies, sales teams, and retail partners, you will help shape execution plans and toolkits that align both with Ferrero’s priorities and with customer strategies. You will also support the development of activation calendars, performance reviews, and campaign feedback, ensuring continuous improvement across shopper initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
As an Shopper Activation Executive , you will help translate category growth drivers into customer activation plans and support the definition of SMART shopper-based objectives for each campaign. You will coordinate the implementation of activations with retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate execution both in-store and online, while supporting initiatives that enhance the overall shopper experience at the point of purchase.
You will contribute to performance reviews by gathering feedback and analysing results, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring learnings are shared across teams. In addition, you will build a strong understanding of channel and customer dynamics, using this knowledge to strengthen execution quality and alignment with retailer strategies.
Your role will also include supporting budget management by preparing forecasts, tracking spend, reconciling invoices, validating costs, and contributing to ROI analysis alongside finance colleagues. You will maintain and communicate the activation calendar, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on key timings, and provide data-led input that supports Ferrero’s commercial priorities. Through close collaboration with customer category, sales, trade marketing, and external partners, you will ensure that Ferrero’s activations are not only well-executed but also drive category growth and deliver memorable, consumer-focused experiences.Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will bring an innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. You should be a confident communicator and presenter, capable of engaging effectively with different audiences and building strong cross-functional relationships. Strong project management skills, together with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are essential for success in this role.
Previous experience in FMCG activation, category, or sales support would be an advantage, although we also welcome analytically minded applicants with experience in a commercial environment who are eager to learn and grow.
