Part of Worldwide Events Group
Private Luxury Events sits within Worldwide Events Group, founded in 2004 and now a recognised leader in global MICE and luxury travel. Across our events, we bring people together and facilitate meaningful relationships, a philosophy we call H2H, human‑to‑human connection.
Innovation drives our evolution. We’re embracing AI to elevate personalisation, streamline event design, and create smarter, more intuitive experiences for our global communities.
Our Sister Brand: M&I
M&I brings together high‑calibre meeting planners and exhibitors from the hospitality industry through a series of standout events across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. Our portfolio includes M&I Expo, M&I Flagship, M&I Healthcare, and M&I Luxe.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven, proactive Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business, opening doors and turning opportunities into revenue.
Private Luxury Events operates in a competitive luxury market, bringing together exceptional hotels, destinations, tourism boards and hospitality brands. Success in this role requires a genuine hunter mentality: someone who actively seeks out new prospects, builds relationships from the ground up, confidently pitches our proposition and consistently works to convert opportunities into commercial results.
You'll take ownership of the sales cycle, from researching and approaching prospective clients through to pitching, negotiating and closing deals. You'll be motivated by ambitious targets, comfortable taking the initiative and energised by the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business growth.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team where adaptability, commercial thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo are valued. As our portfolio and priorities evolve, you'll be expected to spot opportunities, respond positively to change and find ways to move the business forward.
You'll join a team of experienced, passionate people who have delivered hundreds of events worldwide and bring creativity, precision and purpose to everything we do.
