We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Operations Director to join a thriving and well-established Electrical Wholesale business. Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business
• Managing a large team of staff across the warehouse and sales office
• Implement and manage KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability
• Work closely with the Director on strategic planning and implementation
• Communicate and network with customers, maintaining relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory, and industry standards
• Identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and service improvement
• Attend occasional site visits with customers and participate in customer entertainment events (i.e. golf days, meals out)

What we're looking for:
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence
• Proven experience in a Managerial role within the Electrical Wholesale industry
• Commercially minded, with a solid grasp of budgets and forecasting
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Driving Licence
