Client Services Executive - London
We are working with a top Law Firm in London with their search for a driven and professional Client Services Executive to join their team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a well-established firm in their prime and create a rewarding long-standing career.
The successful individual must have a positive and friendly demeaner as you will be firs point of contact for clients and visitors; you will also need a strong background within Reception or a similar role from a professional services environment. It is essential to have a strong Microsoft Office skillset as well as a superb educational background.
The role will entail:
- Ensuring meeting room bookings are managed effectively.
- Greeting and signing in clients and visitors to the office.
- To provide support to other teams as and when necessary.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintain the reception area and report any issues when required.
