  • Manage internal processes to secure sign-off and green light for selected integrations.
  • Collaborate with media teams to leverage investment where appropriate.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both successful and unsuccessful partners, managing all communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Oversee product distribution, fulfilment, and compliance with brand and product guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple European markets.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
  • Introduce and maintain a clear measurement matrix/dashboard to track and report on integration performance.
  • Deliver weekly wrap-up reports highlighting new placements, releases, and product shipments by territory.
  • Support quarterly reviews with stakeholders to assess KPIs and resource needs.
Team Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the Executive Director, Creative Activation and Operations to ensure seamless workflow and coverage.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment.

  • Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to assess opportunities and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence handling high-profile partners.
  • Deep interest in entertainment culture and a keen eye for identifying cultural trends in music, sport, and entertainment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable with flexible working and travel as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Production experience is a plus.
About OMD Create EMEA

The OMD Create team is a multi-disciplinary department comprised of creatives, project managers, and content experts who deliver conceptual creative development, content activation strategy, and engaging creative activation ideas for some of the world's largest advertisers. Positioned at the heart of a media agency, we connect consumer insight, creative, and media execution and consult with clients across the paid, owned, and earned content experience. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and innovation, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

About the Agency:

At OMD EMEA, we strive to deliver on our promise of ' better decisions, faster ' for our clients, partners and all 6,000+ OMDers across our region every day. As part of the world's largest media network, our business is staging experiences for consumers who have more choice and less attention than ever before. The key to the process is empathy. Empathy to see the world through the eyes of the consumer, to recognise the needs of our clients and to identify aspirations of our talent.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
