We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Hampstead team at Borough Kitchen.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about food and cooking and possess the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. You should be eager to engage with customers, sharing product knowledge and helping them find exactly what they need for their culinary endeavors.

Please note that weekend availability is a must!

Requirements

• A genuine passion for cooking and entertaining
• Prior experience in a retail environment is a must!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with customers and assess their needs
• Keen to learn about products and customer service techniques with in-store training support
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
