KPi Education are working with a specialist SEN school in Tower Hamlets, East London, seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Teacher to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who want to develop as a Graduate SEN Teacher and make a lasting difference to students with SEN, SEND, SEMH, MLD, and SLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored, high-quality lessons.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive classroom.
• Work closely with class leaders, therapists, and wider professionals.
• Contribute to the development of a bespoke SEN curriculum.
• Lead, guide, and support classroom assistants and support staff.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively.
• Support with physical intervention and personal care routines when needed.

Requirements:

• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of professional development.
• A strong understanding of the Teacher Standards and classroom expectations.
• Experience or knowledge of working within SEN settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail in assessment, planning, and progress reporting.
• Leadership potential with the ability to guide and support staff.
