• Leading whole-school SEND strategy, policy, and best practice as SENDCO
• Championing inclusive teaching, adapting provision for complex SEN profiles
• Coordinating EHCPs, reviews, and external agency partnerships
• Delivering training for staff and supporting classroom practice
• Analysing SEND attainment data, reporting outcomes to SLT & Governors
• Developing bespoke interventions and innovative support systems Ideal "SENDCO" for this Camden School:
• UK-trained teacher with qualified teacher status (QTS)
• Demonstrable history of Outstanding SEND classroom and strategic leadership
