Restaurant Manager
The Assistant Restaurant Leader is instrumental in supporting our Restaurant Leader, ensuring our fast-paced kitchen runs smoothly and maintaining Raising Cane's high standards. You'll lead our crew, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer service, all while working in a dynamic, temperature-varying environment.
Key Details
- Pay: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
- Hours: Variable, including days, evenings, weekends and some travel for work-related functions
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: London
- Closing Date: 30th September 2023
The Work
- Hire, train, and manage our crew
- Oversee daily operations and ensure safety standards
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning facility
- Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
What You Need
- Required: 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, GCSEs or equivalent, valid UK driver's license
- Preferred: New restaurant opening experience, some tertiary education
Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Highly energetic, self-driven, and flexible
