Lawyer – Employment needed in Rotherham
This is a temporary contract and the rate is £55.00ph Umbrella.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of strategic objectives, policies and operational plans, helping to ensure the effective achievement of service goals. They will manage a varied caseload of both routine and complex legal matters with minimal supervision, providing clear, accurate and practical legal advice to a range of clients and stakeholders.
The role requires strong advocacy skills, with the ability to represent clients at courts and tribunals where required, as well as experience drafting complex legal documents, reports and other case-related documentation. The successful candidate will be confident researching and analysing legal issues, delivering training sessions, seminars and briefings, and maintaining high standards of case management. They will also be proficient in using case management systems, managing workloads effectively, meeting performance targets and ensuring accurate recording of chargeable time and case activity.
