A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its well-established and growing corporate team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings
- Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements
- Supporting private equity and venture capital transactions
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Working closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with corporate law experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills
- Commercially aware and confident dealing with clients
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
