AI Engineer - Python (m/f/d)
- Build production-ready ML models for content extraction and classification from image and text data sources.
- Design and develop Python/ML/OCR-based components within a secure, resilient architectural framework.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers for iterative feature development and deployment.
- Engage in all phases of the product lifecycle, from prototyping and testing through to deployment and production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Document AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), including Generative AI and open-source models.
- Proven Python development experience, with a focus on ML, NLP, image processing, and OCR.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpaCy, OpenCV, and Regex.
- Proven ability to deploy secure, production-grade code and APIs while ensuring cybersecurity and application resilience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Azure, particularly AKS, Azure CLI, DevOps pipelines, and virtual machines.
- Track record of contributing to high-release cadence teams.
