Our ethos is rooted in outstanding pastoral care, small class sizes (12-15 students), and a personalised approach to teaching that supports a wide range of abilities. We pride ourselves on our collaborative staff culture and strong relationships across the school community.

About the Role
As our Data Administrator, you will:

- Produce and distribute communications through the parent portal.
- Support the planning and administration of educational visits and school trips.
- Manage and maintain the school calendar, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Create and coordinate the weekly school newsletter, gathering content from across the school.
- Update website content and support the school's social media presence.
- Assist with the organisation and administration of parents' evenings.
- Provide administrative support during examination periods.
- Coordinate school photographs, vaccination programmes and other key events.

- Is educated to A Level stage
- Has excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data.
- Is confident using IT systems and databases, ideally with experience of school management information systems.
- Has strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Is proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
