The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, maintaining our high standards and culture
• Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Direct crew members during shifts, providing exemplary customer service and utilising reward and recognition programmes
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic, with knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly
• Must be 18 years or older and hold valid Right to Work in the UK
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred

Desirable

• Previous experience using restaurant management tools
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and allergen management
