Our Experience Transformation Managers work at the intersection of experience strategy, digital product management and transformation. You will help our clients understand how changing customer expectations, emerging technologies and AI are reshaping their digital landscape - and translate those opportunities into clear strategies, products, roadmaps and transformation programmes. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative and client-centric environment where curiosity and continuous learning are essential. You will be encouraged to challenge established thinking, explore emerging trends and technologies, and bring new perspectives to our clients and teams. You will be equally comfortable defining the vision for a digital experience, shaping a product roadmap, engaging senior stakeholders and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to turn strategy into tangible outcomes. As an Experience Transformation Manager, you will:- Shape experience transformation strategies and visions that connect customer needs, business objectives and digital opportunities, translating ambition into propositions, roadmaps and prioritised initiatives.
- Advise clients on emerging digital opportunities , bringing perspectives on changing customer behaviours, AI, emerging technologies and new interaction models.
- Lead product and experience transformation programmes from discovery and strategy through mobilisation, delivery and continuous optimisation.
- Embed a product-led approach , helping clients move from project-based delivery towards continuous, outcome-focused product management.
- Prioritise opportunities and define delivery plans , balancing customer desirability, business value, technical feasibility and organisational readiness across realistic roadmaps and operating models.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams at scale , aligning product, strategy, design, engineering, data, AI and business stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients , facilitating conversations, constructively challenging thinking and helping leaders navigate complex transformation decisions.
- Champion customer-centric decision-making , ensuring customer needs and insights guide product, experience, data and technology choices.
- Measure and articulate impact , demonstrating the customer, commercial and operational value created through experience transformation.
- Grow the Experience Transformation capability by contributing to propositions, thought leadership, client opportunities, methods and reusable assets.
- Develop and mentor our people , creating an environment where multidisciplinary teams collaborate effectively, learn and perform at their best.
- Experience strategy, digital product management, digital transformation, product strategy or related disciplines.
- Defining and delivering digital experience or product strategies for complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of product management, including product vision, roadmaps, prioritisation, discovery, delivery and continuous optimisation.
- Translating customer and business needs into compelling digital propositions and experiences.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across areas such as strategy, product, design, technology, data and AI.
- Working within agile and product-led environments, with an understanding of how digital products evolve from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between experience, product, data and technology, without needing to be a deep technical specialist.
- Navigating complex organisations and aligning multiple stakeholders around a common vision and roadmap.
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear narratives, recommendations and actions.
- Engaging with senior client stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Commercial awareness and an ability to connect experience transformation to measurable business outcomes.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer experiences, digital products and ways of working.
- A strong understanding of current and emerging digital trends, customer behaviours and leading experience practices.
- Experience using customer insights, analytics, experimentation and performance data to shape product and experience decisions.
- Experience managing complex portfolios or multiple digital product teams at scale.
- Developed thought leadership, propositions or distinctive points of view on the future of digital experiences, products or AI.
