Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Handler to join our team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of claims, including property and casualty, ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution for our clients.

If you have prior claims handling experience in either Property or Casualty, we are happy to provide training on the other to help you expand your expertise and grow your career.

How you'll make an impact

• Handling a caseload of claims from start to finish with a proactive approach.
• Communicating effectively with clients via phone and email, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
• Making informed decisions on policy coverage and clearly communicating these decisions.
• Providing accurate advice and maintaining compliance with Gallagher Bassett procedures.
• Collaborating with colleagues and assisting with office duties as needed.
• Upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

About You

• Experience handling claims cradle to grave up to £10,000.
• A solid understanding of the insurance industry or a legal background.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.
